10/13/23 Payment # ******* I have a receipt for $549.00 for glasses that I can not use for computer or reading. When I came in on 12/1/23 I was told I would have to get another pair of glasses medium and close up. I came in originally for multifocal glasses.Business response

Mr. ***** request says he is looking for a second pair of glasses for up close and computer. Mr. *** has a significant distance prescription. His current progressive lenses will work for distance, as well as up close and reading, however, because of his prescription, the distance correction is prioritized in the lenses. We are happy to work with Mr. *** on a pair that will better fit his needs, for his prescription to prioritize computer distances. We can also work with him on a full or partial refund. He has not reached out to our corporate office or management for a resolution, and I would need more specific details from him to best meet his needs, but we can certainly find a solution between refunds or remaking the glasses for him.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: I am rejecting due to NOT receiving a full refund nor response. I have visited the store and was told to purchase a second pair. In the ****** review I was told to respond to the email address and still no word. It's a shame it takes a Better Business Complaint to get any comment. If you are true to your response please mail me the full refund of $550.
