Dentists have always frightened me (dentists admit they know this) The staff at *********** office exacerbated these fears AND treated me as an interruption. They refuse to explain anything and IF I ASK they become defensive. The information and statements they make are incorrect and misleading.I have the details/timeline however they will not fit in this description. Summary is below.The office manager ********************* ********************** is rude and condescending on the phone. Additionally she is unprofessional and repeatedly interrupts without apology.The office staff refuses to answer simple questions; gets appointments WRONG and sends emails with inaccurate information. Seldom do they sign their emails.In general, the office staff is unprofessional. Shows no regard for the patient. many times I called the office during the POSTED business hours and their greeting stated they were closed. (I have copies of some of the texts as proof)Quite frankly I dont even know if ********* is aware of his office staffs behavior. If he isnt, shame on him for not knowing. If he is, then hes equally guilty, for not correcting the poor behavior. In the end ****** decided that they would not see me for the procedure and will refund the exam fee. They have put me in a position where I have to find a periodontist to do a procedure at a much later date. Clearly ****** and ********* are NOT concerned with my dental health or my well-being. Admittedly I am persistent and assertive regardless of who I am *********** office staff had no reason to treat me the way they did. They were disrespectful, showed no empathy. They were unhelpful and treated me like an inconvenience, gave me the runaround. ****** decided they would not work with me ( in an email dated 06/24). No matter when I call, their office it is closed - even on days that are posted as open on their www.Customer response

my desired resolution is that ********* FINISH the JOB, As he stated he would in his 06/11/2024 treatment plan.Business response

I attached our office communication by email and text with the consumer, along with receipt showing refund given in the amount of $195.Customer response

I would like to get an appointment re-instated so they can do the work they quoted to me. ********* cancelled the appoint I had for 07/22/2024 and did not address the re-instatement request in his BBB response.
