In October of 2020 I ordered a health supplement from this company. I have no complaints about the original transaction or the product provided. In Approximately January of 2022 I started receiving multiple harassing calls per day stating that I owed this company approximately $200 for a subscription that they claim I signed up for in October of 2020, this is false and erroneous. The calls have continued and I am called every single day between 2-5 times per day. Each time, they read from a script and make the same baseless claims and then threaten to send me more product and that they will file a report against me with the credit bureau if I do not provide my credit card information over the phone. I have requested that they send me a letter, an email, or provide any other form of verification and they are unable to do so. Each call comes from a different spoofed number using my local area code (205). I have tried every possible way I can think of to contact Nutrabodz. Their phone number on their website and on the supplements is disconnected. They do not respond to their email accounts. They do not respond to messages on their social media accounts. I am being harassed daily and just want the calls to stop and I want verification that this will not negatively impact my credit score.
