    I would not even give them a one star rating. Very poor customer service and absolutely not responsive to their clients. We spent over $6000 ordering bedroom furniture and a special ordered sofa with leather and recliners. After 14 months, the stitching on the sofa is tearing and will decline rapidly. We have contacted two different managers and the warranty department; we were shuffled back-and-forth and told that they can do nothing for us unless we pay to fix their product. I have furniture from an ****** store that was purchased over 10 years ago that is holding up better than the sofa that I purchased 14 months ago. Very disappointed and would never recommend them to anyone.

    On January 22, **** I ordered a loveseat and a recliner. Both were a special order fabric. The recliner I ordered was a manual handle. After thinking about the handle I realized with my knee replacements the power recliner would be better than the handle. I would be able to have it at different heights. On january 27 I called and left a message that I needed to talk with my sales person ********, to make the change. I didnt hear back from her till Monday, January 29, she said it would be an additional cost of $200.00. I told her ok, and to make the change. She texted me back and said it wasnt possible to make the change since it was under construction. I asked her if the store could sell this one off the floor and order me another recliner with power. The manger called me and said No, they wouldnt do it. Due to a medical issues (knee replacements)I felt it was not nice of the manager to refuse my request. I have purchased other items from this store and have future purchases to make. I will no longer shop at this store and will not recommend my family and friends to shop at **************** on *********.

    We are very sorry that we could accommodate **************************** request. We strive to make every customer happy with their purchase and their furniture. Based on the notes, the sale was reviewed at the time of purchase and the manual feature was sent into the manufacture at the time of sale. Due to the production already starting on the piece, that manufacture would not be able to switch that feature.

    They are very deceiving just make a sale and wont stand behind their word Refuse to give us a higher up to answer our concerns. Not good business at all.

    Well, I saw their commercial on tv and clicked on the website to read the reviews, after reading all the complaints and seeing this companies responses...I see they don't stand behind what they sell. I will never step foot in this store. You should also know that word of mouth is the best review...yours is down there with the businesses that care only about the almighty buck!!!

    Completely unethical business and customer service. We bought a dining table and chair set. Some of the chairs came damaged and then the wood table top cracked in four places one week after we put it up. It cracked where the manufacturer screwed in the bolts. We then noticed either the wood top or the rail piece that attaches to the top is warped. You can see where the wood is bowing from the pressure. Their service department did an in-house patch job with wood filler. We bought a brand new table set to have it refurbished a week later. They refuse to order us a new table top. State their "certified technicians will give us our piece back at 110%." They sent us photos after their patch job and you can still see the cracks. This was adressed and they thrn repied with "it must have happened during transportation. I have all of this in email from their server department. I ordered a new table set to now have a "filled and re-glossed", cracked table top. This is a safety issue for my family to use a table that is warped and cracking at the location of bolts, and they are refusing to make this right. Pathetic. Shopping at Big Lots would have been a better use of my time, money, and issue - if that tells you anything.

    Absolutely terrible service from sales staff and manager. Tried to change the terms of a sale after paperwork was signed. Also lied about when something was shipped, which was later proven when they gave me a copy of the shipping receipt.

    Company that does not stand behind their product. We got 2 padded chairs that were very poor quality and they ordered 1 new one, which was much better quality, and attempted to repair the other. They were able to make it so the chair didnt wobble, but the padding was still the same and you could feel the frame when sitting on it. Attempt made to get them to order another new chair, and they refused. Terrible company and would never recommend anyone using them.

    Would give them minus two stars. Really bad experience. Ive always had good furniture, but thought Id try a moderately priced piece. Before I ordered the sofa, I went back to sit on it again to check for back support. Waited 8 months ( not their fault) and was delivered a piece of junk. The legs were plastic ( I didnt think to check). After 3 Weeks, there was a deep indentation where I had been sitting ( I weigh 121 pounds). Had to go to the store with my pictures documenting the problem because they wouldnt return calls. They ordered a part which took three weeks. The repair man came and said it looked fine to him and he did not install the part. I was told that they order extra cushions for their floor pieces so they look fresh. After many weeks of talking with customer service ( ******** was very nice) I was told that they would not help me. Good news, **** gave me a complete refund. I will always check with the BBB from now on.
