I was at the My Market restaurant at the ********* *** **** store *************** IN around 9:15pm Saturday Feb 26. I placed an order for 2 philly cheese steak sandwiches and 2 large onion rings and pre-paid $43.16 for the order before receiving the food. As the food was cooking, I then decided to place a 2nd order for 9-piece party wings and pre-paid $12.95 for that order. At the time there were 2 employees working in the restaurant. One employee was taking orders/payments and cleaning up and the other employer was cooking and packaging the to go orders. I patently waited for my food for about 20 to 30 minutes. The employee who cooked the food bagged it and handed it to me. I took the bags she handed to me and walked straight to my car and drove home making no stops in between. It was around 9:55pm when I arrived home and realized I had 2 orders of french fries, 2 large onion ring orders and the wings from my 2nd order however there were no philly cheesesteak sandwiches in the order. Realizing the restaurant was closing in 5 minutes I thought I would just go there the next day with my receipts rather than call at that time since they were about to close. I returned the next day with my receipts to advise that I didn't receive all the food and I was told it was my fault. I was accused of not calling 1st and accused of having the sandwiches when I walked out of the restaurant. I was first asked why I didn't call them, and I explained that because they close at 10pm and it was about 9:55pm when I realized I didn't have my food. I was also told they were going to pull the video of me walking out with the bags. Yes, I had bags with some but not all of the food that I had PAID FOR, not stolen. The employee told me to write my name and phone # on both my receipts and she would have the manager call me and said they would watch the video. I now realize this was done just to take my receipts away from me and I no longer have them. No call from manager ever came.
