      ****** install that was to be completed in 4-6 wks. It took months and is still not done. Parts of the job were blatantly done incorrectly. The owner did a walk through with me, told me everything looked great. I have pictures proving otherwise. They repaired a few things then asked to complete the bottom trim in spring so they could move on to other jobs. After agreeing to this the owner did not fix anything else and wanted full payment. I offered 75% of job total and asked for a contract listing what would be fixed and a timeframe.He agreed.then wanted 95% because in his words we did 95% of the job so we want 95% I thought this was a reputable company but did not realize this franchise was only a year or so old. The crew was being trained on my house by an owner that didnt fully know all of the aspects of proper installation. I overheard on several occasions the crew being told they didnt do it right but dont worry you wont see it or the gutters ***************** it. I did several walk through with the owner and he never wrote anything down. Also the unprofessional actions Which I would completely had ignored if the job was done correctly and completely. They left the tear off piled in my backyard for wks. They left the fence down for months. garage was supposed to be done first so the fence could go back up. They started the job without all of the needed materials. They were going to install cheaper insulation just so they could continue work. They left nails all over, walked on my porch railings, left 2 out of 3 of my cameras down and more that I dont have space to write. A day after Christmas I learned he put a lien on my house which will cost me attorney fees and ruin my credit. I have every intent on paying. I just want my house finished correctly. I put $11000 down and was told pay the rest upon completion Not 95% completion. An agreement should be honored by both parties. Is it legal to put a lien on when the job isnt completed. This is a shady business !

      We are sorry for your inconvenience that you have had with our company and we would like to resolve the issue as soon as possible! We do believe the **channel trim at the bottom of your board and ****** is installed correctly and it will have the moisture integrity to keep your home safe from water and it looks great! This was one of the very first pieces that was installed on your home and we both agreed everything looked great from the beginning and throughout the rest of the project and if there was anything you wanted changed we changed it as soon as we could. We understand how this may make you feel upset because you want it changed to an L-Trim instead of **channel but this specific application was not pinpointed during the sales process and if we knew you wanted it installed that way earlier we could have gotten it done for a small restocking fee but since we didn't know until the very end of the project it will require a change order to change it. We are sorry that this project took longer than expected but there were several changes in scope that we did and some material was not ordered correctly and on time. We do feel bad for this but we hope you are understanding and know that we made a mistake but kept the project moving along the best we could. There were some installers on this crew that were new but there were also some guys who have been installing siding for many years and they use their best judgement on many of the siding applications. We are sorry that you don't like the way we installed this specific piece and if you want to swap it out for something different for aesthetic reasons we will have to write up a change order after we are paid in full. We would be happy to complete this as soon as possible but after being told you don't want us on your property and have given us no communication responses to anyone on our team for almost a month we had to protect ourselves and assume the worst and have a mechanics lien filed. We have built a good reputation on service and dedication to our customers by helping solve their issues and we would like to continue that with you!       The matter is being handled by lawyers on both sides. At the present time, I have been advised not to discuss the situation.
