      Their doors are closed and phones are dead.I paid $180.00 to get my hearing aid repaired. I called ******* factory repair and they never received it. I need my hearing aid back ASAP. I paid $5000 for both hearing aids.

      I purchased hearing aid's with Advanced Hearing Technologies in October 2019, which included a 3 year warranty for repair, loss & damage. Over the last 3 years I have had a continual problem with my hearing aid's not charging/working. I have met with my hearing aid specialist repeatedly (the last appointment being in April 2022) with the final resolution being to send the hearing aids in for repair/replacement. I held off on doing so due to there being no interim/temp hearing aids available and decided to wait until the summer when my husband would be home to help interpret. I called the office today (6/21/22) and the number was disconnected. All other company numbers have also been disconnected. I drove to the office and there was a notice on the door from the property management company stating that the locks had been changed. It appears that this company sold faulty hearing aids with warranties that they could not uphold and abandoned paying customers. I have the contact information (phone/address) for the hearing aid specialist at my location.

      I turned over my hearing aids for warranty service on or about May 3 2022 and received a call back on May 5 stating they had been received and were being sent to the manufacturer. Complete silence from the company since. None of the the phone numbers work. I see I'm not the only person experiencing this based on other complaints so I'm just getting in line.

      I am filing a complaint on behalf of my 90-year old mother, who lives in ****** IN, and used this business to order a set of hearing aids. She paid $2198 and was told they would be ready in 1 week - 2 weeks **** That was now over 3 weeks ago and it is impossible to contact the business. None of the phone numbers listed for this business, in any location, connects to a person. It either says the account is no longer in service or there is a generic greeting that leads to a voicemail box that is full, making it impossible to leave a message. It seems like this is a huge scam against susceptible elderly people and my mother is extremely upset by the ordeal. I would like to ensure the same thing doesn't happen to anyone else since this is a terrible situation for someone who thinks they are getting help.

      I paid $2,700for hearing aids less then a year ago and have a 3 year warranty with them. i need work done on them now and i cannot get a hold of anybody. or get them to return my calls. i have stopped by there a couple times and there is a sign on the door that says closed until further notice. i have left messages with them on there answering service. i am not sure what to do from this point pls help tyvm

      08-03-2020 I Purchased a pair of ******* hearing aids at their ************ ** office which has now been closed. I have a non-working hearing aid and when I contacted their ******** ** office I was told they only have offices in ******* **** and ******** ***** which are a four hour drive from Harrisonburg. When I asked if there was a way to have my defective hearing aid repaired their representative parroted the two locations now operating in Virginia.My purchase agreement included a three year warranty and lifetime service plan. I would appreciate any assistance you can give in granting me a satisfactory resolution. Thank You .

      I purchased hearing aids from Advanced Hearing Technologies in early January of this year for $2500. After arriving home I noticed there was no instruction manual in the bag. I have called them several times and each time they said they would put one in the next mail. Here it is March and I still have no manual as promised. My insurance company that paid for the hearing aids also called the company and were promised a quick delivery which also never happened
