      On 10/3/22 Summer's came to install a new furnace. When they arrived there were 2 guys in the truck. I was standing in the yard as they backed up to our garage. The driver did not stop in time and hit gutter over the garage. As the passenger got out he looked up at the gutter but said nothing. I didn't say anything as I wanted to give them a chance to tell me before they left. When they were finished they went over the paper work and asked if we had any questions. I asked what are you going to do about fixing the gutter you hit? The passenger said yeah the driver hit it. He said he took pictures with his iPad and will pass it on to their service manager. The gutter is a seamless gutter and it was hit hard enough that it was dented in which caused a large split down one side and across the bottom of the gutter. I phoned the office at 1:50 p.m. that afternoon to report the damage. I spoke to ******** and she stated the information would be passed on to the service manager and he would be in contact. On 10/14/22 I called Summer's and spoke to *****. She said the service manager was not in the office but the ** was aware of the incident and we would be contacted next week. On 10/17/22 the service manager, ******, contacted me. He stated he knew it had happened and that it is a seamless gutter. He asked who installed the gutter? I told him the builders installed it when the house was built in ****. He said he would need time to do some research so he can get a reputable company to do the work. On 11/17/22 I called Summers again and spoke to *********. She said ****** was not in the office and she would relay the message to him. I stated it has been over a month since he contacted me and we want to know what is going on. I informed her the gutter is leaking onto our driveway right outside the garage door and it is creating icy conditions in this weather. It has been over 2 weeks since I last contacted them and I have received no communication back.

      We have called a gutter repair business and they have quoted the repairs. We have agreed and are waiting for them to complete. The customer is aware of the situation and solution and that we are waiting until repairs are complete. Tell us why here...

      We beilieve we were coerced into purchasing a boiler system. The brand new system failed within 1 season. Summers came out a dozen times and could not figure out what was wrong with the equipment they installed. We've lost heat many dozen times and they appear to not know how to fix it.

      We have been in contact with the customer and after reviewing complaints and problems we have agreed upon a refund amount in which we are currently processing for the unfortunate inconvenience the customer has had to deal with.

      My wife and I inquired on getting our ducts cleaned by Summers Plumbing, Heating and Cooling. We were quoted $559 to to clean our ducts on 9/24/2021. On 10/7/2021 they came out to clean the ducts. After they left, my wife noticed that they had scratched our Vinyl flooring from our front door, all the way to our garage door, through our living room, and even some in our daughters room. We promptly called them after to let them know that they scratched our floor and needed to come fix it. The receptionist informed me that the manager would give me a call. The next day he did. He explained that he could have some random guy come out and install our flooring but that he had been trying to get this guy to do a project at his house but he hadn't contacted him in months. ******************* explained that he would be at our house the following Tuesday (10/12/21) to assess the damage. **** never showed up, never called never got in contact with us for two more weeks until we reached back out to him on 11/4/2021. On November 4th he said that he would be out that day to look at the damages. He said he would be there at 11:30 am. At 1:27pm I had to ask him if he was still coming. He asked if he could come the following day. I said that was fine and asked him when he would be there considering my wife has to make sure she can be there when he's there. He showed up 2 hours after the window he gave us that day as well.We got two different quotes to repair the flooring, both were around $4,000 to remove the old flooring and put down new. I offered to pay for the quarter round. And I also said that I would allow them to put a transition strip into the bathroom that way they didn't have to replace the floor in the bathroom since it's snapped together. Sent the quote to them that could get us in earliest (my wife is having our 2nd baby in February). The ** then told my wife today (11/22/2021) that that he was not paying that much for the repair. We did not asked to have our floor ruined

      We are truly sorry for the stress that this situation has caused, and we do want to make it right.  We will be contacting you regarding the quotes you have received and will be paying for the full quoted cost.  We do strive to satisfy all of our customers and take care of their needs, but sometimes we do fall short.  We will be using this situation to educate our employees to prevent this from occurring again.
