To start off Backsplash in kitchen had to be removed and done, because there was defective tiles and we had told the builder at finally walk through and we presented the problem to the builder and he said it would come off with some goo-bee gone or **** and we scrubbed and still would not come off. The trim pocket doors and trim pieces we pleded with them to fix the doors and said they would not replace after I paid a extra $41,000 for lumber and they are deep ****** and scratches all through bottom floor and top. Locks to back dead bolt didnt have screws in the door so it could lock. Weather flashing was bent and needed to be replaced we told the builder through ************ and and said it would be replaced and after we were checking out our gutters one day we noticed they covered up the bent flashing and lied. Concrete the driveway was put in last after we closed and when they layed the concrete they came back a few day later to cut and after they cut they didnt wet the drive and noticed they used a dull concrete blade so this caused the driveway to have concrete pops and crackers side walk and drive and service door, and then after we had a rough grade done on the yard and the yard guy hit the drive with the bobcat bucket and chipped it and side walk and now the side walk is lifting and left concrete from pour still in our yard and tried to just bury it and leave and I had to call him to tell about and always ignored us about every issue same with builder and the yard guy said he would send some one out to fix the damage but never came and tried calling and wont return calls. Concrete front right side walk torn out and replaced with disability side walks and the builder knew about it a year a head and still charged me for the concrete after the addition payed for them and wont reimburse even after I had made the builder aware of this issue. I have left numerous phone calls emails and he said he would check it out and never got back with me.
