I had a horrible experience on 11/15. I went in to get a new full set put on my fingers. I asked for a dark brown and the lady brought me dark purples and reds instead of browns. She took over an hour to get the old acrylic off and started putting new tips on one hand. But several of the nails were not even attached to my real nail and I pointed it out to the lady and she just kept nodding but she didnt fix it. She kept trying to put dip on and I didnt want dip. I wanted a new full set with gel or regular dark brown on. She only put tips on one hand before she handed me off to another nail tech. I sat down with ***** who took off everything the lady put on. He began filing my nails more to the point they were burning and hurt so bad. I ask for short and round and I got short but all my nails are not even and the shape is not the same. When he put on the acrylic it was a cream tan color which is not at all what I have ever gotten anywhere else. One of my nails is a French tip design and he only put one coat of paint on one finger and I pointed this out and asked if he could put a second coat on and he just nodded and took a dry brush and wiped the brush around my cuticle and nodded like it was good. This man smelled heavily of cigarette smoke to the point it gave me a horrible headache. The paint on my nails does not even go all the way to the ends on some of the nails. I left with my nails hurting, my skin around my nails with super glue all over them, and so unhappy with how my nails look I dont even want to look at them. I was told it would cost $65 to get what I wanted done. I even looked it up online the price for the service and when I was done after 2.5 hours I was charged $99.i had high hopes for this place with such great reviews and seeing as though they have multiple locations. But I was sadly mistaken. I have never spent $99 on my nails or even a mani and pedi. NEVER! Absolutely unacceptable customer service and pricing! I will never return!
