      Took My truck to DeHaven Chevrolet with the same issues, after giving them the paper work from H&K Chevrolet explaing to them not to repeat the same work that had been done already On 9/14/2023 they stated the engine needed to be rebuilt,due to failed lifters that scored the cam shaft for the sum of $7930.45.on 9/26/2023They said that the work H&K did was not necessary most likely.drove the truck to work the next day,engine light came back on ,same issues.took it back in on 9/27/2023 they stated that the catalytic converter was bad.on 9/28/2023 paid the sum of $3294.23. 11/7/2023 took it back for the same issues engine light on and reduce power message.They replaced fuel rail pressure sensor $677.42 took it back 11/7/2023 or 11/8/2023 for the same issues, he said they replaced a electrical connector told me to pay later if the truck was fixed. on 11/16/2023, truck sthaled causing accident totaling my truck out. ended up going to hospital. on 11/16/2023 on 3/21/2024 i paid $135.63 for the electrical connector they said they replaced.

      We bought a used car from this dealership. Its been 52 days and we have yet to receive our title work so we may plate our truck. Which is now expired. Weve called and called and keep getting the run around, thats its been mailed in general mail. The law states we should have this within 31 to 45 days. We need help!! We dont have money for a lawyer

      Ok I got a car about a year ago and everything was great and even the process and everyone that worked there. We I got gap insurance and the key replacement thing added. Car only has one key and the program they said the car was supposed to have two for the replacement program. They they would get me an extra key. Well about a year later I go in to get a service done and the key thing popped in my head and I asked. Just a reminder I work tons of hours and usually out of state for different jobs so it never really came to mind as it is, but since they said they would get me another key I was expecting them to call to let me know they had one for my car. Not a call and when I brought it up they are now telling me that I waited to long and I'm like what the h*** You were supposed to let me know when you had one for my car plus I'm to busy out of town all the time etc. So now I'm trying to decide to call the key replacement place and lie that lost my key or should I tell them hey they sold me this program and it was supposed to have two sets of keys and they never gave me my second set. This thing on the key is b.s.. if you get that program with the key replacement and there is only one set, don't leave till they give you that extra set and don't believe them expecting a call when they have one.

      Dear ma'am, sir,:I Called Summit City Chev. on today, Tues. Jan 4th @9:15a.m. I talked to ****(cashier) in the ************* in regards to my '07 ******************** Repair: Feb. 18th. I paid a total of $342.51 for Engine Repairs that involved the Technition Mishandling The wires to my Impala. Shortly after the Service Repair, my Trunk, which had been Opening up all the time would not open. So, I called Summit Chevrolet and spoke with the Service Manager, who told me to bring my car back in and they gave me a rental while they were to repair my trunk so that it would open up again. After all these months including me calling ************** in regards to this matter, my trunk still does not open. I take President in my car and making sure that it is operating. I am very saddened by Summit City Chevrolet not repairing the damage that they have done with my wires that that's caused not only my '07 ***** Impala's Trunk not to work but other problems that now, work only intermittently. They have caused great damage to the Wiring in my car. Now, they refuse to take my car back in and Resolve the problem. I've been into Summit City Chevrolet many many times trying to get them to rectify the problem they caused with my Trunk not opening. Still, By April 19th., 2021 My Trunk wouldn't Open... So I called in to **************(many times speaking to them) and the result of this is that they want to give me $2500 toward a Brand New Car that has been UnUsed I think this is monotonous. I drive an '07 Impala, How on earth can I afford a brand new one which start around a good $20,000.???Dear Better Business Bureau, Please help me with this situation. I feel that Summit City and ************** have done a disservice to me, especially since all of this was not my fault. I did not cause this problem. Ma'am, Sir, I want my money back and I want my Car Repaired.Sincerely,********************************** ********************************************************************* *************

      I'd like to get a refund and I want them to resolve in getting my trunk back In working condition; Meaning, *Summit ChevroletGMC

      I brought my truck into Summit for 4 **************** repair on radio. I should have got a gift card for the 4 tire purchase and did not. I was to have the radio repaired and they did not repair it. I have initiated 6 emails to Summit so far over the last week &have been tossed from **** to ****, person2person. If only JefforJosh (dont recall for sure the name) followed up with me as was promised. He hasn't. This is why I tried to get a response from anyone else with a pulse including **************************************** GM. It's 10:30am 9/1 now and STILL NOTHING from him (or anyone else). When I showed up for my service that was prescheduled by receptionist (for oil, ************* repair), the 2 guys in service never acknowledged my arrival. Busy with thumbs on cell, the other fixated on his screen. They contacted me when done with oil but never even did tiresradio warranty, had to explain all over again what was set up & why it was there. Put back in shop tires/warranty, maybe Ill get giftcard??
