I purchased a car on 12-11-23, from Evans Toyota from sales representative *****************************. I noticed once I left some of my front lights were not working, therefore I called ******* to advise her and she told me to return and take it to the service center. I spoke with a service representative PA, who told me that he had to write up the invoice and submit it to sales to be paid. He also stated it would be 1 or 2 days to get the parts. After not hearing from PA for two days I called on Thursday ***** to speak with someone, but was put in several voicemails. So, today ***** I try calling to speak with somebody and I spoke with a lady who said she sent an email to sales to contact me. I also emailed ******* for a follow up. A man from service called to say that they were waiting on an approval from sales. I finally received an email today ***** from ******* stating that the price on the lights are to high so, they wont replace them. I paid them 18, 835 cash for the vehicle and they are talking about they cant replace the lights. Im filing this complaint to see if any resolution can be done by the company. This is very poor service for a company like Evans Toyota. Im requesting that they keep their end of the deal and replace the lights.Business response
