      My daughter from ******* was home visiting in Feb and we went to Ft Wayne ********** ended up purchasing a vehicle, After the negotiations, we went into financing, and left, 2 days later she was told her contract had mistakes and had to be redone, then again 3 weeks later, same thing, she was also told she owed a ******* dollars down. She said she could pay by CC. But then the finance manager said dont worry about it, we took care of it, she was promised she would have her title in 45 days before her tag ran out. But didnt, and then the lies begun ********************* called me *****( My daughters mom) and said he needed a Georgia drivers license She had just got it that day, so I sent *** a copy of it Right after our conversation.(Which I still have the text message with date and time) He neglected to give the copy to the title clerk. And we found out a month later when the title clerk called that she had no idea *** had a copy of it.. So now were out 7 weeks with nothing to drive on, and no help from the dealership, we were forced to call the attorney general on them. When they were given a fine for not giving her a title-(in the required amount of time), she was also told she could take the care back for a Full Refund, ********************* told the attorney general it was because of the ******* dollars, BUT, the real reason is the complete miscommunication and total negligence of the company- 4 months later she finally got her title, *********** to try and save himself a fine and embarrassment, but, it didnt work , the company was still fined You can look on public record and see the Thousands of dollars they have been fined for wronging customers in several different matters, Worst Dealership To purchase a vehicle !!!

      I ordered my car Dec '21 was told the longest I would wait was 120 days. I signed a purchase agreement and so did the manager. I finally received a call 9 months later saying my car was in. Went in and they told me a higher price and would not honor the purchase agreement that was signed by both of us. Paperwork took hours, I then figured out why paperwork took so long because they could not spell my name right and my credit was being denied. I was unaware of this till I asked what was taking so long and they told me! Then the guy called me 3 days later to tell me that he had messed up the taxes and I was to come back, I lived an hour away. I then waited over 6 months for my title. During this time I had the manager lie to me and tell me that the title was overnighted and would be there tomorrow and then I called to get a tracking number and they hang up on me and then would not answer my calls. My last telluride was from **************** and next time I will pay over MSRP and order a car from them I will never do business at Fort Wayne Kia again. There salesman do not stay around long either in the 9 month period I dealt with 3-4 different guys because every time I called the one before had quit.

      First they are charging over MSRP. The main issue though was after filling out all the paperwork and driving off with my brand new vehicle, they called me the following day to say they made a mistake. Sales manager stated that the car and VIN I filled out paperwork for, got loan paperwork for, and purchased was actually sold to someone else the previous day and that the car they gave me was going to cost another $3,000 for the trim option upgrade. I had insurance set up for a vehicle someone else was driving at the time. After finally getting through and escalated to the general manager they said I could come fill out new paperwork for the other vehicle. I also then had to go to the bank and get my auto loan changed to a different VIN. After I assumed everything was good to go I now have a new issue. Its been over 40 days since purchase date and Im still waiting for my title to be sent out. *** called numerous times and 3/4 of the time they just put me into a voicemail. After trying to assure my title paperwork was being sent this week I informed the lady that I would be filing a complaint with the attorney generals office she promptly told me to have a good day and hung up on me. Called back to make sure they put the right VIN on the title paperwork and guess what straight to voicemail again. Absolutely terrible experience and loads of stress and phone call to make sure I got what I paid for. Top things off with a recall two days after purchase. *** might be an ok brand but **** yourself a headache and get one from somewhere other than Rohrmans ***.

      I bought a 2008 ****** Xterra on October 12 2021. Paid $5,300 cash.Week 2 the transmission went out.I contacted ***** immediately. He told me that they werent going to do anything about it and I shouldnt expect much more from a $5,000 vehicle. I asked him to buy it back and he told me that they cant buy vehicles with more than ******* miles.This all happened so quickly that I dont even have the title yet.I cant even sell it for scrap.I now have the vehicle at a transmission serve company and expect the repairs to be more than what the vehicle is worth.Fort Wayne Kia DOES NOT STAND BEHIND ANY USED VEHICLES.I now have a $5,300 piece of scrap metal.They took advantage of this Senior Citizen.Next steps??

      That ****** was inspected and serviced prior to sale. It did not have any indications of transmission issues at time of sale. While it is unfortunate weeks later to started having issues, it was sold as-is. However, we were able to come to an agreement to purchase the vehicle back from this customer since he had just purchased it.
