So I would file a complaint but it wouldnt get me anywhere, this dealership has become solely about the almighty dollar and standing behind what they sell is non existent.I recently purchased a suv for ****** plus and has been a total pain since.For starters it was missing the tpms sensors they told me put air in it will be ok nope they were gone,I did take it back the following week and have them put them in but their service department couldnt program them.Next I noticed a noise from the drivetrain it is very faint when it warms up but more distinct upon start up had them listen for that nothing they could hear until I came back and pointed it out and got the oh I do hear that.This vehicle has been in the shop three times since I bought it in feburary of 2024 and I would highly not recommend friends family or anyone deal with them.POOR SERVICE I could go on but hope this helps someone so they dont get taken for a ride like I did.Review from Kelly F

WORST!!!!! service ever, very rude service advisor in the service center. I had a appointment that was set by them at 2:30pm. I came in here to get running boards put on my truck I just bought. Service advisor informed me that I would have to wait until 5pm because his bays were full and there was nothing he could do. I explained that I was called for a scheduled appointment, he informed me that he knew for a fact that I didn't have a appointment because they schedule appointments in another building. I explained yes I do have a appointment even showed a text message, he still insisted that I would have to wait until 5pm and they couldn't lift my truck without it being in a bay. He wanted to know who told me that I had a appointment and who my sales person was that helps get me scheduled. I explained that was unacceptable, he looked at me and said I can't help it and what do you want me to do about it. He was extremely rude and kept insisting that my appointment at 230 was only to talk to him face to face and that it didn't mean I would have service done. Then why schedule people service, if all you do is come to have a face to face meeting, like I don't have anything else better to do with my time but to have a meeting with someone I don't know. Why act like my time isn't important and you can just lose business. Well guess what you did lose a repeated customer after this, I will never come back here because of this situation. If you can't get your service department on the same page and when your customer has a appointment scheduled thar slot should be set for them and not told you have to wait 3 hrs later to even get the truck back. I would advise anyone to take your vehicle elsewhere and not deal with these rude incompetent customer service folks. One mad, angry customer who will not ever return nor buy another vehicle here.Glenbrook Dodge, Inc. Response

After speaking to the service advisor involved and following it up with a call to Ms. ******* we did determine that Ms. ****** did actually have an appointment and we failed to accommodate the original appointment. After the initial interaction and failure to follow through on the original commitment, a separate representative was able to intervene and come to an amicable resolution and see the installation of the running boards as originally agreed to. Our representative fell far short of our dealer expectations and clearly did not meet the customers. This has been addressed internally and we will continue to improve our internal process to ensure we exceed customers expectations in the future. The General Manager also spoke with Ms. ****** later in the evening and apologized profusely and accepted responsibility that we did fall short of meeting expectations. Ms. ****** and **************** exchanged contact information and are looking forward to working together to exceed her and all other Glenbrook clients expectations from here on.

I purchased a 2022 Dodge Challenger July 2023, a few days later purchased a used 2016 ***** Silverado with power train warranty, October 25th Transmission failed, attempted to use purchased power train warranty it only covers $3000.00 Total replacement Price is $9,500.00 I have called to speak with ******* the sales woman that is always busy with another customer and never returns my calls. All I asked was for my sales person ********* to give me a call with some options.I'm sure I am not the first customer this has happened to. No calls returned.. THUMBS DOWN GLENBROOK DODGE. I've spent over $100,000.00 in the month of July at your dealership. This treatment is UNPROFESSIONAL. A return phone call saying at least I'm sorry, the vehicle we sold you was , as is and you are on your own.. shaking my head and still making payments on a $38,000 truck that just sits in the parking Lot. BUYER BEWARE It took this dealership well over the 31 days to provide me paperwork to get my vehicle registered. When I called about the paperwork, Kept being told it was in the mail and should receive it any day. This went on for 2 weeks. Called again and was told the Title Clerk was out for 3 day in a row. Called once again, finally told they did not even have the title to the vehicle in the first place when we purchased it; total violation of state law.Filed complaint with ***************************** and with Indiana State Attorney.Review from Matthew R.

Amazing sales staff but the service department is absolutely horrendous! I had my radio replaced in my 2019 *** under warranty and there is now an issue with the uconnect app not working.. Called the customer service line and was told that the dealership has to register the new information on their network.. Long story short i have been calling the service department for the past month trying to get this issue resolved and cant seem to get anywhere. I have been told that i was going to get a call back from the service manager and that did not happen. was also told on three separate occasions that i was going to receive a call back and those did not happen either. I called in today and spoke with Dawn and she was incredibly rude told me "i have left them notes to call you back i cannot sit with everyone and make sure that everyone gets a call back" then without even letting me speak said that i needed to make an appointment to bring my truck in.. THATS WHAT I VE BEEN TRYING TO DO. When i said i just want to get this figured out before i could even finish my sentence she hung up the phone on me. When i tried to call back she answered and hung up again. Very unprofessional. Called back in and got to speak with brian ( I have been dealing with him since i bought the truck he is very nice). He told me that this is the first time that he has heard about this issue with my truck which means that the four previous times that i was told a message was left with him was a complete lie.. Very unprofessional for a business. I am still waiting on parts that were supposedly ordered two months ago but nobody knows anything about that.. If you have to take your vehicle in for service i would avoid this service department like the plague.
