Heading into retirement I wanted to have a nice floor in my garage because the concrete is pitted and stained. In October 2023, after talking with three different companies I hired ****. The pro from using this company is that they send out a large trailer and a few guys come out and they empty out your garage in order to complete the work. Thats where the good ends.As soon as the floor was done I was unhappy. It looked nothing like the sample he showed. He didnt coat the front lip of the garage but he left the concrete raw so it is now staining and starting to fall apart because theres no protection. The expansion joints are all a mess. They didnt clean them out and now, as the pictures show, it looks sloppy and its flaking up all over the place. The floor is so rough that if you fell on it it would scrape your skin right off your body. *********************** came to my house when I complained but doesnt seem to think that there's a problem. Its so rough that its eating alive mops, brooms, and squeegees that Im trying to use to clean the floor. He doesnt see that as a problem either. I have had two other companies come out to look at this and both of them said that the flakes in this floor look like recycled flakes. Doesnt look at all like the samples I was shown that convinced me to have the floor done. The top coating is near nonexistent in places and heavily pooled in others.I have zero confidence that ********* can or would do this job properly. I have a quote from two other companies willing to regrind my floor and do it properly for $2500. At the very least, I need to be reimbursed partially so I can get his fixed. I am hoping ****************** will respond to BBB.

********************* contacted ******* epoxy floor systems to install a stone finish floor Wagoners epoxy floor systems removed all items out of the garage loaded them into a trailer ground the floor repaired the cracks and did the floor with the sample he had chosen. After completion, ************** contacted ****************** and asked him about the front lip. We do not go outside the garage door for warranty reasons. I explained this to him and he said OK sometime later **************** contacted ****************** and said he was having trouble cleaning his floor. I just spoke with ****. I have him on the schedule to sand and clear his floor for $750. Other than that I did not know there was an issue. Thanks ***************************** owner

I am rejecting this response because: ********************** first response was to charge me $750 to re-sand the surface and put down new top coat.  I was not comfortable with that approach because it didn't take into account the clogged up expansion joins, stripped front lip that is open to the elements, and overall very rough texture that makes cleaning the floor impossible.  ****************** has been texting me with possible solutions and we think we have a plan in place.  He has offered to totally strip and redo the floor in exchange for removing any and all bad reviews, complaints, and signing a release.  We are looking for a solution, and as this seems to the best option we are going to be offered, we accept.  ****************** is going to contact us with a new install date.
