            I called and booked a reservation for my dog for daycare and boarding for two weeks at Happy Tails Grooming and Boarding in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Due to COVID, my trip was cancelled. Three weeks in advance of the reservation, I called to cancel the reservation and asked for either a refund, a credit to use for a later date, or to change from daycare + boarding to daycare only. I was told that the reservation was non-refundable, and that none of these options was possible. Happy Tails cancelled my reservation, kept the $618.80 that I paid in full at the time I made the reservation, and offered no services at all. I didn't know that their definition of "non-refundable" meant that I couldn't receive any credit toward future dates or transfer to the "daycare only" option for the existing dates. I am done doing business with this terrible place and would like a refund. I now have concerns about how they would treat my dog after going through this with them and don't want credits or transfer.

            I would give zero stars too! We put a deposit for boarding of ****** . Our trip was cancelled due to Covid and couldnt fly. They kept the whole boarding amount that we pre paid. They said ***** deposit plus boarding fees. The didnt refund any of this. Seems the story changes from when you first make appointment. Pure rip off dont go there!!!!!! If this is how they treat there customers then how do they treat our pets Shame!!!!!
