We requested and purchased from ******** Service in ************* ******* a new furnace, hot water heater and a air conditioning unit all in the same purchase to be installed by them in January 2022. ******** had been recently bought out by a company operating out of ********. The initial installation was well coordinated and had adequate personnel to perform the installation however, the water heater was plumbed incorrectly and required a more experienced plumber to make the necessary adjustments. They also found the floor was sagging from the previous water heater and failed to prep the floor to properly receive the new water heater. They attempted to shim it up level without proper support and in the spring the vent was found tilting and not vertical as it should have been. This had to be reworked once again after multiple attempts to get them out to correct this problem. Once again they replaced the existing shims with those of stronger strength in order to support the water heater properly. The furnace was initially wired to function with the fan running at the high rpms that sounded like a jet engine. This caused the aged plenum to be over pressured causing the integrity of the plenum to be compromised and failed to manage the air flow properly. Once again this could not be resolved with out numerous complaints and an agreement to pay **** more to repair the plenum. The ** was installed and was not checked for proper pressurization before use in the spring. After multiple attempts to work with the local office we contacted the owner directly who was even harder to contact and offered no remedy to this installation of the complaints we had made. The corrections were finally made on the 19th of August at a cost of *********. The final actions made by the ****** personnel were adequate at best and has not achieved a satisfied customer. We will NEVER recommend them for any additional work at a risk that this nightmare will continue. County Bldg. ******** next!
