            We purchased a spa in February and it was delivered on May 1st broken. We have a leak. We submitted a request for service on May 2nd, given that we were delivered a broken product. Since that date, we have called the national customer service line multiple times, the warranty service technician who told us in mid-May that it would be **** days to get the part to fix the spa, the dealer (******************* in **) to no avail. Every group is pointing a finger to another person. We are in a drought in ********** and still losing 1.5 inches of water per day. The company is not responsive and continues to tell us they are waiting on the part when they are making brand new spas and sending them out EVERY SINGLE DAY. They have also told us no refunds and that we just need to wait for service. If this is a pattern of service, then they are taking people's money and not delivering functioning products and then putting them in a holding pattern to get anything fixed all while refusing refunds. We feel strongly that a refund should be an option now that it has been 2 months of a leaking spa.
