    DO NOT BUY A HOME FROM THIS COMPANY!! Horrible person to buy a home from. He ignores legitimate buyer's issues, and doesn't return texts/calls. I bought my home from this agent 9/2. There were repairs listed in the contract that were to be made PRIOR to me moving in. Here we are on 11/3, two months later, and the repairs have still not been completed and it appears that I'm going to have to take this up with an attorney to get any movement. If you want a seamless buying experience, I'd recommend anyone BUT this company. Extremely unprofessional. Once they have their money, they don't care about the buyer. HEED MY WARNING!

    Received this comment on customer review and would like to respond. Our company was established in **** and this is our first response to a customer review. I want to believe it's because we try and do business the right way. This particular buyer's agent was a part time agent with another agency. When buyer could not get a response from her agent she would text and call myself and I would respond upon receiving buyers' text or call the part time agent would eventually call myself and apologize for not returning calls. Seller has been to buyers' home on more than one occasion doing repairs in inspection report and other repairs buyer has asked for. At closing table buyer was told water meter was to be placed on home following Monday by ***********************. The city delayed that work and we worked with city to get that done for buyer. Seller did pay for housing during this time for buyer in a bed and breakfast during this time for the buyer. Seller, prior to placing subject home on market, redid entire interior of home prior to putting on market with new flooring, new dry wall, new interior paint, new kitchen and new bath. ***** requested some new flooring, after closing, to be replaced which seller did but was delayed because of supply delay. The seller did send workers to do other repairs for buyer, after closing. These repairs were not done to buyers' satisfaction so with labor shortage we have been delayed in getting others scheduled. Seller also paid $5,600 of buyers closing costs for her. Seller also agreed to pay $650. for a home warranty for buyer. These were both given to buyer at closing. Seller has tried to send laborers to home but buyer has rejected those individual so seller must wait until other contractors are available. Seller has not abandoned the situation.
