            They said they would have my kitchen done thirty day after my cabinets show up which was July 13 2021. Its October 27th and they havent even touched it and they have been giving excuses after excuses. I have been living out of my family room and my thanksgiving will be ruined!!!! Never give this company a chance. He is in breach of contract and still doesnt care. He takes advantage of people.

            my contract states that I will have your kitchen done in 30 days after I start it. Not when cabinet show up. I had your cabinets ordered not knowing how long they would take to come in during this economy that we are going through right not. I have told you that I could not start your job until i have finished my other ones that I have going on right now. It is not fare to my other customers to drop what I am doing to start yours and leave them un finished. That is only fare and you would want the same respect as them. I never told you to live out of your family room and I'm not sure why this is even mentioned. Anyway, sorry it didn't work out for you. Like I told you on the phone. I have lost employees who would rather sit at home than work and I am down to just one helper. I have 5 jobs going on right now that are anxious to have their jobs completed.

            Te contract states the kitchen would be don’t 30 days after the cabinets showed up. I still have contact. When the contract was signed by both of us he said he only had a few jobs ahead. I just Recently received a text from him saying that he was going to sue me for slander because I told the truth. He said he never started my kitchen and he never started the job. He took half a down payment like the contract stated in the payment was a money order written to him and he started the job by ordering the cabinets. I don’t know what to say about him just not very reliable not very good business practices and it feels like he is trying to intimidate me by threatening to take me to court. I have all the documents that I need to win any court case so I hope he does take me to court because I will countersue.
