I purchased spray tan sessions from Glo On the Go on 05/25/2022. They had a special going on for "buy one get one" spray tan. I scheduled a session for 07/02/22 and when I tried to cancel my session, because it was raining out and I did not want to risk ruining the spray tan because you are not suppose to get wet afterwards, they said because of their cancellation policy I would be charged a fee of $27!. I explained to them that I had already paid for the sessions in advance so they would not be out any money, I just wanted to reschedule. They said they are a small business and have to order the solution in advance and pay their employees. I was still charged $27. I asked to be reimbursed for my remaining sessions, as I no longer felt comfortable going to them, to which they said no. I found someone who I wanted to transfer my spray tan sessions to that uses their business all the time and they also said I was unable to do this. I feel like they trapped me as their customer and are not willing to work with me whatsoever. I do not see a problem with transferring my spray tan sessions to someone else, they will not be out any money by doing this and I can make an arrangement with the person who is receiving my sessions.
