      Had a verbal agreement for a tattoo appointment. My friend highly recommended him. He asked for ****** up front so I did on cash app. Filed many complaints on there with no result. Everytime I ask him he says give me a week. No services were given, no appointment and no consultation.

      I will be paying her today like *** been telling her , because I get paid today I have sent messages saying the 25th and still looked passed it and filed this complaint against me .

      On February 22, 2022 I purchased a gift certificate for tattoo service in the price of $300 I paid through cash app as I was told me thats all he had because I had asked if he has ******. I came to purchase the gift certificate after paying and receiving a tattoo from him (*************************). He texted me the next day stating he had 3 gift certificates left if I would like to purchase one he gave me prices and I asked for details. I decided on the $300 certificate worth $900 worth of tattoo work. I then had trouble getting an appointment, he then would book me then cancel. I was able to finally get booked and get a fraction of tattoo work done. I was supposed to return the following day but he canceled. So far I have only got a small area done. I was told $300 ($900) worth of work will be a whole arm which he considered $500 and $400 left to get work on my other arm or gift it or use to have coverups done. I disputed this with my bank but since I paid him through cash app I couldnt get my money refunded. I am now waiting to hear back from cash app with my dispute. I am also still trying to see if he will do the work he stated so I dont have to take legal action or get a refund.

      I already booked her an appointment for Thursday then sends me a message saying she wants it for Friday instead so I booked her for this Friday coming up . We already talked and still files the complaint. It will get taken care of , this is very uncalled for .

       I am rejecting this response because:

      I filed a complaint and said consumer answered. I have has some of the work done but not ALL! I even was willing to let him just do half compared to the description. Our issue has not been fully resolved! A full arm stated to be $500 worth of art work full with $400 left to do other arm, gift or work done elsewhere. At this point I just want my money back a refund and no longer wish to have my services finished.
