I spent over $3300 for a transmission repair. After the repair was done I experienced an incredible vibration in the car. I had it towed back to Russ Moore where they found the bolts holding the drive shaft to the differential had starting coming out. (I have pictures) Russ Moore fixed this issue. Shortly after, the car began making more noise. I took it back to Russ Moore. They claimed they could not hear the noise nor duplicate it. But charged me $420 for bushings that were destroyed when the drive shaft bolts backed out. I duplicated the noise for them and they discovered the torque converter bolts had come loose. The car began making more noise shortly after that. Having lost faith in Russ Moore to work on my car competently, I had it towed to another shop. They discovered the Flexplate had broken, but did not want to repair someone else's mess. I had the car towed again, where the final shop removed the transmission. They found the flexplate completely broken and the torque converter bolt holes destroyed. This was caused a by the torque converter moving on the flexplate after Russ Moore failed to secure the bolts properly after the transmission rebuild. I'm asking for my $420 back for the bushings, $150 in towing charges, and $592 for the final repairs to replace the flexplate. I have receipts and pictures of everything.Business response

************************* (Service Manager and Co-Owner) contacted ****************** on 3/23/22 and 3/30/22 and was not able to get through to him. He did leave a voicemail. He followed up today 4/11/22 at 3:55 pm and it rang and rang until it said that the mailbox was full. He couldn't leave a message. I also emailed ****************** today at 3:54 pm.
