How do you give this business ZERO Stars?I should have known it was going to be bad when Salesman ************** put me on the spot to make a decision while he was on-site. ***** assured me that they would have my tree work finished within a 3-week window starting from May-10th, 22 when I paid for the Service IN FULL, plus a 3% charge for using Credit Card! I was expecting and wanting the tree down before the spring/summer Storms started to happen.The 3-week window would have my tree done during the week of Mon 5/30 thru 6/3. Nothing happened.I called Mitchells the next Mon./Tue 6/6-7th, and was told its on the schedule.Monday June-13th was the ************* derecho event.I texted **********/Mitchells on Tue 6/14 asking if Id be delayed even further now that the storm came in and that I was promised a 3-week window.**** responded on Wen 6/15, we have lots of storm damage but our goal is to have you done by the end of the week.Friday 6/17 at roughly 6pm I sent a txt to **** stating that its the end of the week and nothings been started.**** responded with a txt message list of customers that need to be on schedule for next week: Su...., ******..., Sw.., *****... *******...., you are the first on the List.Monday 6/20, *******...., I sincerely apologize for the bad news but we will not be able to get to you this week. He offered me a refund on my payment. I sent him a txt back asking who Id be able to do this work now? ALL of the tree companies were now swamped with work.oWe are now 6-weeks out from when I paid in-full for the tree service.Monday 6/27, I txted **** asking for a date for my tree service and told him were getting close to 8-weeks out now.Tue 6/28, **** stated you are on schedule for 7/11/22oThe week of the July 11th came and went.I txted **** on Thurs 7/21 asking for a date to complete my tree. No response from them now.o Sun Aug 14th I asked again.o Mon Aug 15th the work was done early AM. 3-months LATE.
