Started to have a recliner reupholstered and referred by a ********* Person to Roger ******* on St *** Rd / Picked up chair in September 2022 and still awaiting for it to be finished. the plan was to have it before Christmas after picking out material in Sept. He had health issues so gave him a little more time and initially was paid $$380 and $200 upon completion. He contiues to have excuses for not finishing the chair. He always requests cash for the job and has taken on other jobs. He always requires more material than it takes as well. Finally gave him an ultimatum to finish and he got all upset and using foul language. My son and daughter in law paid him a visit and gave him to the end of July and sends a picture of arm and legs not finished after he called and said he would deliver it a day ago. I am 97 years old and have never had a business treat me like this.
