Needed a valve cover replacement and some head gasket work on my Porsche Cayenne. I was quoted a price. They ran into some issues and had to buy special tools from Porsche and spent 5 hrs of labor extra and I still paid the original quote. I'm more than extremely satisfied I didn't have to hassle haggle or speak up.Review from Nicole S

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM PROFESSIONAL AUTO!!!!!!! I have waited to post this review after about 8 months of owning my 2015 *********** it has been nothing but a terrible experience. Within the first 30 minutes of me owning the car it would not start at a gas station. after that I went into their shop on multiple occasions to have it worked on but always left with a check engine light coming back on. They buy all of their inventory from auctions. At this point the car has a anti-freeze leak, needed new spark plugs, oil leak, oil housing cooler leak, catalytic converters need replaced. They did not speak to me about MY car but instead would talk to my boyfriend like he purchased it. Shady business. Save your money and go somewhere else.

******, we are sorry we did not meet your expectations. The car was bought a year ago and we have not heard anything about your situation until now. We are not sure where you took your vehicle or who told you it needs all of the work but we would be more than happy to help you out in anyway that we can. It also sounds like the vehicle couldn't have been that bad after having it for over a year without any issues. Human beings get sick and unfortunately so do machines. Things happen and repairs are inventible . Also, a little fact about dealerships is that ALL of them buy cars from Auctions. We aren't sure what you're trying to imply by that comment. But in the end you're more than welcome to reach out to us and whatever it takes to make you happy we are here for it!

im not sure what scheme they pulled to get me accepted on my previous loan but i had a whole bunch of trouble with the irs for identity theft after they did some wierd stuff to get my financing accepted...
