The absolute worst. They never finished the work I had already paid for. Canceled my appointments without notifying me and then refused me service. ***************** has drug charges in ******** ********. ***************** has ZERO INTEGRITY.

Where do you even start with this company they are so rude they stand by nothing they say or put in writing 6 mo they say you have they will remake as many times as it takes until youre happy thats a huge lie. They drilled to much off gum are tried to fix it w/o explaining to me w/ soft liner I went back on Mon after wkend showing them ***** is always so rude staff excuses themselves promptly when she comes in she takes over and in the rudest way and denies any fault when its obvious that you as a patient didnt break and fill it w/ their soft liner c*** This place yall need to take it seriously if you want to be treated right, not have any repercussions from the negligence of their treatments and not holding themselves accountable take business your self your smile somewhere else because you will be left with everything but a smile if you go here. They do NOT care and will do everything to show you that after they pull. ***** went to the extent of telling me how people try to audit her all the time but shes so on top of her game they never win. Ok whats that have to do with me and what Im explaining to you that I want/ need fixed. Anyways save yourself if only I wouldve known. Total neglect on a medical dental side Ive never seen such.

I would give it a 0 star if I could. It was like visiting a used car salesman. They promise every thing you want to hear but deliver nothing of what they promise. My teeth have never fit well enough to eat any food. This was true from the temporary teeth to the final dentures.I know I bought the economy dentures, but what I did not buy was the unable to use dentures.Do not use affordable dentures if you plan on eating with the dentures.

Affordable Dentures wont accept my business! Will not let me make an appointment! Receptionist manager very rude for no reason! Should find another job that she can handle!Im a customer and I have rights to come there and do my business at that location. I am elderly and this is the location closest to me. I want to report elderly abuse at the affordable Dentures located in Franklin, *************. Very rude and unprofessional!

I went in with my other half. She got an acrylic set that broke twice. We were pushed to "upgrade" to a metal plate set which then didn't work. I went with her to the last visit, and went back with her. The office manager was VERY rude from the start. She "offered" a refund of roughly a third of what we had spent for their work that was extremely unsatisfactory. I spoke up and calmly (I have proof of my demeanor, and all verbal tones used) said "We need to talk about doing something else....". I was interrupted and told to leave immediately. I was shocked to say the least at the escalation from a simple question. My other half (the patient) asked why I was being asked to leave and the office manager said I wasn't going to tell her what to do. I had, nor did I make any demands. I simply was wanting more discussion on the matter. I did, in fact, wait on the police to arrive before exiting as she was being extremely hostile at this point. She called the police and I was escorted out. Prior and during this I never raised my voice, made a threat, said anything out of the way, or anything to cause this escalation. She (office manager) said we were out of the 100 day guarantee to be refunded for the acrylic, however, it has (as of this writing) been under 75 days. When she was asked about it, she refused to say anything else at all about the "guarantee". She also tried to get the police officer to "make" me delete anything I recorded of the interaction, which I refused to do. Overall, it was a horrible experience for us both, and particularly my other half. She still doesn't have her proper dental appliance, and we are out close to $1000 for absolutely nothing in return. Again, I have 100% proof of what actually happened, and will be exploring avenues to get this resolved so that we may go somewhere else where the patient is actually respected and has a voice. I don't think I have ever witnessed such unprofessionalism from someone in the medical field.

I was verbally mistreated by *********************** at the Franklin, Indiana Affordable Dentures location. The advertise same-day dentures. I have gotten 2 sets of dentures from their practice one with my ******** and the second by self payment. I am due to get a 3rd set through Medicare & ********. The previous time they were able to get precertification over the phone the first time and this time they wanted me come up and then get my information and then make a second visit for my dentures. That is not same-day dentures!!!! Very disappointed and have contacted an attorney. *********************** had audacity to telephone me at 7:43 am on the 17th of September of 2021. I was not even out of bed and she was extremely rude and did not even give me the time to talk. As I said I was not even awake I feel like I was treated different because I'm disabled and on Social Security. In have worked all my life have an accounting degree, childcare degree, and a culinary degree. Currently in *************************** I think that Ms. *** needs psychological training and help to deal with the public. I was hung up on more times without being able to speak. I recorded every conversation and ha d 2 people setting here with me while I was on speaker phone. Triple thumbs down to Affordable Dentures in Franklin, Indiana!!!!!!!
