    On July 3rd of 2021, ********************* and an assistant were hired to install retractable screens on our back porch. The final amount paid to **** was $17,500 for the screens and installation. He told us at that time that there may be maintenance needed on the screens moving forward and that we were to text him directly to fix the screens as needed. We had previously been on site to a home at which he was installing retractable screens in order to see his workmanship, which he told us he stands behind.Since then, we've attempted to contact **** to schedule routine maintenance on the screens as he described, yet **** either does not respond or responds with "Ok, I'll let you know when I can make it to your home" and then never responds with a day or time. This has now happened on multiple occasions, the latest being Jan 24th, 2023 due to our screens no longer being attached in their tracks. This was a very expensive purchase and we were told by **** (at the time he was under the business name of Retractable Screens of *******), and we expect **** to follow through with the maintenance as promised or provide us a refund for the screens that will need to be replaced by a different screen company. A current estimate is attached if we are needing to replace all of the screens **** installed.     **** received an order from ** mid-2022 for outdoor screens. Whilst he said there would be a 6 week turn around (July 22), he failed to produce any product. He hasn't returned our deposit, he doesn't pick up any calls (we've attempted to contact him by email and phone for 7 months...his VM has been full for 10 months). When we last spoke with him late last year he cited ***** hurricanes had affected his supply chain, however, he's not done anything about our deposit and the lack of customer care very likely means he's treating most of his customers with ineptitude. Tread carefully here, he'll promise loads and keep your money.
