              I called the bank because a bill came out that I forgot to cancel, so my account was -$170 in the hole, so I called my bank to get it reversed and straightened out. I was told by Lauren that if I added the overdraft protection that my money would be processed back to me the next morning, so that's what I did. The next morning I didn't get my money back, and I called and spoke to Lauren and she couldn't even remember what she told me, and she said that I didn't get my money back because I added the overdraft protection, if she had never pressured me to add to overdraft protection and misinform me about the protection, I would have been refunded my money. They took $533.00, I had $363 in my account, which left me $-170.00 after. She did not care to help me understand the policies, and I tried calling her supervisor, they never got back with me.
