On 4/21/22 I booked a date night ride with superkarts *******. I paid a total of ******. The location was supposed to be disclosed the day of which was 5/12/2022. Noone sent me the location and all calls and emails went unanswered. I kept trying to reach them. On 6/7/2022 an apology was sent out and instructions on how to rebook or request a refund. I requested a refund several times. Left messages and sent several emails and have yet to hear back or receive a refund.Initial Complaint

On March 25th 2022 at 740pm I purchased/reserved a Superkart Night ride in the amount of $219.40 for June 11 2022 9pm. On June 7th 2022 I received a email from the business stating that they have been having issues and i would have to reschedule my event or get a refund. Due to the time frame not fitting my schedule I requested a refund. I have tried calling two of the giving numbers for the business and emailing the email addressed also to the business in discussion. I have not heard anything or received anything from Superkarts since the refund request.Initial Complaint

On march 25, 2022 I found out about super kart through ******** and paid them 219.40$ for a tour of go karts that was supposed to be on may 6, 2022 however there was rain on that day and we couldnt do the outdoor event. We reached out to the to reschedule and they said they would send us a link and when we tried to reschedule the only way it would allow us to reschedule was if we paid again. Once we realized we couldnt reschedule without paying we asked for a refund we spoke to someone through text because they would not reply in email or pick up the phone call and they said they would refund us our money. Its been months now and we still havent got our refund I would just like to get refunded and hope that this company has not done this to many more people out there.
