I had gutter helmet installed last year. Contract had 6 weeks from time of signing (6-15-23) to install. 6 weeks had come and gone. Had asked for my refund and was given a number of excuses. Finally showed up Sept 28th. Could not finish job due to some material problems. Had more material problems again with weather delays. Finally finished job Oct.3. Kept watch on rainwater running off in various parts of the roof past the Helmet. Holland showed up Dec. 13 tapped helmet a few times and told me to call him in April 2024. It's been a constant battle to get some justifiable solution to this problem. Also, I had Icicles in my gutters where the melt and freeze run over. Never had this problem before Gutter Helmet installed Trim A seal blamed it on not enough insulation.Review from Jane G

Every point of contact with *********** was pleasant and reliable. Installation was perfect. The installers worked in unpleasant weather to place our awning and even helped ** put mirrors behind the device as a bird deterrent. We love our new awning with the drop down sun protector. We had our SunSetter Retractable Awning installed at the end of last summer 2022. Our awning was installed on the roof top not under the *****. We really didnt get to use it, but, we did get to see how it faired in winter. Which was great, we had NO LEAKS and NO problems. The installers, a ************ team were professional and organized. They explained everything they were going to do, they assessed the situation, laid out the awning and tools before starting. When they began the install, they did not stop till it was finished and that includes cleaning up like they were never even there. We couldnt be happier.This past summer, we used that awning almost every day. We have enjoyed family gatherings, lunches, bbqs, avid gardening our potted plants and just plain ***** on our deck. I consider this one of the **************** onto our home. My one wish . they need to design the mosquito netting for it. Thank you ******* for making this a Great experience!Review from Diane A

Purchased a sunsetter awning in 2021. Has been wonderful. Total project from sales rep, to installation, to customer service was very professional. Recently ordered an accessory item for the awning. When it arrived, it was not what I expected or wanted (my mistake in communicating my order). Worked with ****** in customer service, she was very helpful. A very fair and satisfactory agreement, for both parties, was agreed upon. Situation was handled quickly and professionally. Highly recommend ***********. Completely satisfied!Review from Brenda H

The rolling awning is top quality. Excellent shade on my deck. Easy to use remote. The drop down screen to block the afternoon Western sun is perfect. And as important is the service! From the sales, to installers, to office staff, everyone was and continues to be professional, knowledgeable, and polite. I utilize their service to install and remove the cover seasonally, which is invaluable to me. I've had to contact them for follow up emergencies (left it open in a storm; electrical issue and couldn't manually close it) and they were super quick to respond and get someone to my house. I couldn't be happier with this company! Highly recommended!Review from Debra O

Fantastic! Great awning and the installation process was seamless. Guys were on time and cleaned up when they were done. Whole installation time was maybe one hour. I would definitely recommend *********** to my family and friends.
