This company says they do mold remediation and they dont know the first thing about mold remediation. To be fair, neither do I, which is why I thought a company like this would be honest and take care of the problem they were paid for. They were hired by the sellers of the home I purchased and I dont know if it was a friend or what, but this guy quoted and was paid almost $1800 for mold remediation and when the plumbers came in to do their work, they refused because the mold was not taken care of. The owner of Pure Air Indiana was the one who quoted and did the work and when I called him about the plumbers not doing their work because he didnt do his, he tried to gaslight me and told me I had no right to tell him whether he did his job correctly or not. I called another company and his before photos were exactly the same as the photos from the inspection. The pretest indicated the highest mold numbers he has seen and that was after the supposed remediation from Pure Air. I ended up paying more than double what Pure Air quoted to get the job done right. I had to argue and threaten legal action to get this scammer to give me my money back. Please save yourself your money and a major headache and avoid Pure Air at all costs for mold remediation. ***** is a scammer and a manipulator.
