I've been receiving postcard solicitations from this company for a few years now. I have never given any indication that I wanted to sell my house to anyone. I don't care that there's a family photo on the postcards, I'm not going to sell my home because a family in ******* photographs well. I've sent 2 postcards back to the supposed PO Box with the caption "Not Interested" in black marker, yet they keep coming. My home ownership won't change because of someone's gentrification money making scheme. Would like an end to these solicitations.Business response

I completely understand your point of view here. We have removed you from any future mailings as of this morning. When we receive back some pieces of return mail it seems they do not always make it back to our PO box. We do have a process internally that scans and removes return mail from any future mailings but something must have happened during that process. I apologize we weren't able to correct this sooner. If this happens again for any reason please call our company phone number and we can remove you quicker manually. Have a great day and thanks for reaching out.

I have 5 postcards from NK Development LLC within a 4 month period. Each postcard is asking if we want to sell our private property. They list each property on the post cards and they call using different telephone numbers. This type of advertisment has been going on for 3-4 years and we are tired of these types of people. They now have your logo BBB on their postcards.We are tried of them b/c we are not interested in their company. We are tried of them sending letters and postcards and calling. They have an Instagram page and we are not interest in them. We are being harass b/c we are not going to sell them are property. I do not care for people like this. If they are a part of your establishment then you might need to rethink. I have ask for them to stop calling and I have reported them to BBB and no response, just a letter a few days later. ****** and *************************Business response

Thank you for bringing it to our attention that you would like removed from our mailing lists. Although it is very difficult to remove someone forever, we believe we have done everything we can on our end to ensure you never receive another piece of mail from us. If another one happens to show up please know it was unintentional. I have covered off on this matter specifically with our team and we in no way want to inconvenience anyone. On the matter of calling, we do not use any service to call anyone directly. I know there are many people in the area that do this, but our company does not. I am truly sorry this happened, and we are pulling things in place to prevent it in the future.

I am rejecting this response because:
I have more of evidence of postcards. Do not calls we are not selling. I will continue to complain until someone listens. We are not selling any property.
