I am writing to you regarding my recent dining experience at *****************************, South **** location on New Years Eve 2023. Myself and 8 Family members had a reservation for 8:00 pm which we arrived on time as we were coming from my grandsons Win at ********** Hockey game. A Special evening planned at **** Chris which we patronize on Special Occasions and are usually pleased. We were at this location last year for New Years Eve and were quite pleased so decided to attend again this year as we were also celebrating my 77 birthday.. We were finally seated at 8:45 pm, we stood 45 minutes in a cold lobby, Our waitress, I believe her name was ******* apologized profusely for the wait and was extremely professional.The Entrees My daughter in law ordered the lobster and explained to the waitress her allergy situation ie, butter and tomatoes. She received her meal with the lobster swimming in butter which is a major issue.Two of my Grandsons received their steaks a few minutes later without the sides they ordered. They completely finished their steaks before any sides came out which we had to again ask for. So now 2 of the members at our table were done eating. My son ordered a steak medium rare and received well done which also had to be returned and he never received another until we were leaving so he never ate. My daughter ordered a Sweet Potato Casserole as a meal and did not get it until we were done also As a Senior Citizen it takes a lot to treat your family to a Special Evening, I left upset and disappointed. We couldnt even say *****. RC known for their food and great service, i also believe it is just as important to convey my extreme disappointment to the ******************** Iwould appreciate at the very least a credit to my credit card for the meal in the amount of $761.37 ( which I have attached) or three gift cards in the amount of $200 each to give to my family to use at another location.
