Unfortunately I made the bad decision to hire this man to do a home project. This person is not well educated in some aspects of home repairs, no matter what his experience is. He told me for 6 weeks he would be removing the trash that he left in my yard, and finally removed it today. He was hired to do drywall repair and tried to tell me the drywall needed replaced after telling me he could repair it. It did not need replaced. He obviously did not have much experience in this area because he told me in one of our conversations (after starting the project) that his brother was the one who usually did the drywall, but he was not working with him any more. He was just trying to get more money out of me, even though I signed the paperwork already. The crown moulding was placed before the walls were repaired or painted. It was not placed correctly either, as there is an area above the door that makes no sense when you look at it. He was going to put the shoe moulding on, as well, until his help told him not to since the wall was not yet repaired or painted. This should be common knowledge. He is unreliable and irresponsible with his duties. He is also unprofessional toward women, as he is a married man, but in no way acts like it. I would not recommend this person to anyone. He saw an opportunity to take advantage of a single woman.
