Had about 6 on standing water that I need removed from a small crawl space that was only under my kitchen and laundry room. And a plastic barrier laid. I was shocked when I was given a quote of $2,800!!!!! Even though I am 73 years old, I told them I would just do it myself as I already have a pump that I can use. They are a total ripoff. When I called to get a quote, they asked if I would be using insurance. I said I didnt know because I did not know what caused it. I have found a lot of big companies doing this now and its no wonder insurance prices are so high!Review from Robin L

I rarely give a bad review but felt it is justified in this case. Amerestore came out to clean up our basement after a sewage backup. The amount of damage was obvious and I was told the cost would be in the ballpark of $2,000. They arrived promptly, cut out the bottom portion of the affected walls, removed part of the carpeting, disinfected, and put up fans. They were professional, courteous, and helpful. However, afterwards I notice some sewage in a few places that they claimed to have cleaned. They apologized and cleaned those areas again. I continued to smell sewage afterwards to which they responded "it was just my mind playing tricks on me." I strongly believe they did not do a thorough job. Then to my surprise, they billed my **************************** over $3,900. This amount was deducted from my policy limit which left us very little to replace the walls, carpeting, etc. For these reasons I cannot recommend Amerestore.
