    If there was a way to not give a star I would. For those of you who see this and have the app Don't pay your policy in full using the app it you will end getting a bill even though it says "pay in full". This happened to me, I paid my policies in full on the app and two months later there's a bill on my account for the policies that I paid in full on the app. When asking them the reasoning for the bill they said that you cant pay the policies in full on the app you have to call the office. When I asked why there's a pay in full option on the app they couldn't given me an answer. They said it was a technical issue and they couldn't do anything about it. After talking to multiple people including my agent, They are still making me pay the bill even though I paid my policies in full. They said that my life insurance policy is what caused me to have a bill due because they forgot to bill me for two months. If that was the case why did it let me "pay in fulI on the app? and why wouldn't I only owe my life insurance not for my two cars and my life insurance. I am very disappointed with this agency and will NOT recommend them to anyone else. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.

    We are so sorry that the corporate app did not include your life insurance bill when you paid. We have spent hours trying to explain to you that your auto bill was ** amount and your life insurance was ** amount. The bill you paid was ONLY for your auto insurance!  

    Our local office has no control over the technology the company provides its customers and unfortunately you have to pay what is owed!  ********** has gone above and beyond to try to help you with your frustration with technology but cannot change the amount owed as we have given you the corporate number to try to see if there is something they can do as we have no authority after doing everything we can on the local level.  

    The app stated you were paying your auto insurance in full and the life insurance is separate, which we have explained to you and your fianc. Again we apologize and if there is anything else I can do to help we will be here.
