Bedell has taken care of my AC in the past with no issues. The week before Thanksgiving, I called because my furnace fan would kick on but not ignite. On Thursday a technician came and said it was the circuit board but one would need to be retrieved the following day. I tipped him as I was appreciative he seemed to have it sorted out. The next day, another technician showed up with the circuit board. He said it was bad out of the box but he took another part off his truck and replaced it on the circuit panel. He said there wasnt another circuit board in ******* for my furnace and he was trying to get me heat through the weekend. I was charged $250 dollars and I tipped him as well. The furnace never once ignited. Not one time. My daughter is on oxygen and a nurse was there to verify this. I was heating by my gas fireplace the rest the weekend. I called another company on Monday of thanksgiving week and their technician diagnosed it quickly and replaced the circuit board in less than an hour. The furnace has worked consistently since. Also, Bedell technician said my furnace was at the end of its life. The technician from the other company said there are no cracks in the burner plate and there is still life in it. I called Bedell on Tuesday after the furnace was fixed and did not hear back. I sent an email and a gentleman asked when I was available and I told him but never heard anything.Business response

I sincerely apologize for the experience. We have been in business for several years and as you had mentioned, we have done appreciate work in the past for you as well. We hold ourselves to a high standard and are disappointed with the work we did and how this has been handled.
We will send you a credit of $250 the week of Jan 2, 2023.
We obviously have lost credibility with you but if there is a way we can work to get back to being the company that you had a good experience with, we would love the opportunity to do that.

I turned my heat on and it was still ice cold in my house. They sent someone out and said it was my over heat sensor switch and after it runs for a while the fan keeps running but the heat doesn**;t come on. The service tech went to his truck made some calls and said that they had to get the part from **** and they would be back tomorrow early morning. The service tech DID NOT show up this morning with the part Nor have they even called me. and I still have no heat. Now it is so cold I have to contact another company to fix the heat. And they wanted to charge me $210.00 for a $5.47 part.Business response

This is Girish and I'm the owner. I have been following our work for you for a while and all we have experienced from you is disrespect from you towards everyone in my Company. I had instructed my team that our last service to you would be when we diagnosed the limit switch issue and replace it.
The technician did call you the day after he was there to diagnose and never heard back from you. he called you to tell you that he had a family emergency and will not be able to replace the part as he had mentioned the day before.
Also, I find it strange that you would not call us but call another company to do the work before informing us or calling us.
We don't charge our customers for work we don't do and of course we will not charge you for the part.
As far as any other work for you in the future, we find your behavior towards every one of our employees to be rude and disrespectful and we will not be servicing you anymore.
