This has been a terrible experience all the way around. I went in because after I had my daughter my teeth have been deteriorating so I went in and they said I needed top dentures. I was so nervous and didn't ask enough questions which was my fault and I knew it wasn't going to be same day, but for it to *********** months and be with out teeth 4 months is ridiculous. There was so many different visits that were literally only ten minutes which I believe was to just bill my insurance as much as possible. They said all these visits was so when I finally got my dentures they would fit great. Yesterday 09/12/2022 I go in to get them they hurt really bad so the dentist adjust them I'm so upset at this point so I thought they felt fine so I left. 2 hours later they hurt so bad I had to take them out and I tried to put them back in in the morning and I couldn't because they hurt so bad. I call to see if they can fix them someone calls me back and tells me because of how I acted yesterday at the office they can't. I was so upset at the office that I didn't talk to anyone and didn't say anything to them. I guess they wanted me to be really happy and thankful for nothing. I left without saying anything to them. I called back and wanted to come in and get my records and they hung up on me. I think they billed my insurance for something they didn't do as well. This was after I left a review as well.
