I hired this company to do complete interior painting and started off with concerns when I discovered they were painting rooms without doing any prep work such as filling in nail holes or sanding uneven surfaces although their website states this is a quality standard that they do automatically. The owner on site painting told me this was not an automatic prep item. We asked for the interior of the garage to be spray painted for an additional cost and agreed on price. He said he had large tarps and would cover everything we had already moved into the garage, when I arrived the next morning I was shocked to see everything covered in backspray, nothing had been covered. He told me they would get all paint off of everything he could and would not charge me but most everything was left with paint on it. Because we could not be on site the entire time we marked some ceilings to make certain they were painted, several were not and although he promised to return to make things right, he has now refused. Saying he completed the job. Unfortunately we paid him in full because they needed the money and Unfortunately he did not keep his word and we have hired another painter to fix all the places he didn't do or messed up. Lots of paint splatter on our wood floors as well.

We told you we would come back to finish the garage paint, and you informed us that the garage was now to be remodeled and you didnt need that service. Also, the ceilings were painted. We have videos of the ceilings being painted, that have been provided to you. Also, we did offer to come back and take a look at things you stated you did not want us to come back now. Because of the overspray, we agreed to complete the garage free of charge, which you were fine with. After we completed the entire interior of your home, we were paid, upon completion which you wrote out a check ON SITE and handed to the business owner. It was not because "we needed the money" it was because the job was completed. Because your moving company damaged a good amount of the paint that was on the walls, if you want us to fix that it will be a charge. We have decided to discontinue business with you because of how volatile you have been, we now fear for our safety to send any of our crew to your home. You were informed we would be out in 2 weeks to complete the garage as we were booked up until then. You proceeded to text the business owner multiple times in one day asking when we would be back out after asking if we would install your water descaler, which we decided against doing because of how volatile you were being. If you weren't satisified with the initial job, you should have pointed these things out on your final walkthrough of your home. We will not be back. We laid tarps down on your floors, including carpets to ensure no paint splatter on the floors, so if there was paint splatter on the wood floors wouldnt there be paint splatter on the trim and carpets? We have videos proving this and they were sent to you and you never addressed that.

This is not an accurate description of what transpired and have documents proving that not all ceilings were painted and that I never agreed that not charging for painting garage was suffice. Our new contractor is providing a signed affidavit that work was subpar and incomplete. We have filed suit for damages, and liability. Due to the harrowing text from the painters wife. We have opted to block personal contact from her directly as she was only on site briefly and not when final agreements were made. I would not recommend this business to anyone. Poor quality, no integrity

This is an accurate description as to what transpired, our business owner's wife informed you if you continued to harass them that they would file charges, which they intend to do. We have all of the before and after videos/pictures as well text messages from yourself, as well as offered to provide you our attorney's contact information. Like we have relayed to you, just because we are contractor's does not mean we deserve any less respect than you do. We have completed hundreds of projects, and have never had a negative review, we pride ourselves on our quality as well as integrity but we will not sacrifice our respect to deal with a problem home owner.

We are completely fine to let this play out in court. I just hope that by filing of this complaint saves others the hassle of this company not doing what they were hired to do.
