Aspen Dental Account#: ************ context, I travel for work & chose Aspen Dental because of their vast ************** told me it would be easy to move my case between offices, if needed... I paid $3,995 & started my SureSmile "Motto" (Invisalign) case on 4/4/23 at the Aspen Dental in **************. I received my first 26 trays in April. On 10/17/23, I attended a follow-up appointment at Aspen Dental in *************. This appointment was to check on the progress of, & order refinement trays for, my "Motto" case. Aspen Greenwood performed all of the necessary procedures (digital *************** of progress). My teeth still needed some refinement, so they stated they would order the new refinement trays & have them shipped to the Aspen office in ************, which is closer to my home. So far, I have not received any updates. This situation is increasingly frustrating due to the fact that Aspen Greenwood VOLUNTEERED to ship the trays to ************. I told them I had no problem driving the 90 minutes back to Greenwood to pick up my new trays.These dental trays are supposed to be worn for one week at a time, but I am currently still wearing my tray for week 26 (which was the week of 10/2/23). I have contacted the ************* office on three separate occasions (11/3, 11/7, & 11/14). On 11/3, I never received a call back. On 11/7, ******* told me she would find the trays or the tracking info & get back to me right away. She never returned my call. On 11/14, *********** basically had the exact same conversation as we did on 11/7, and she has still not returned my call. I attempted to enlist the help of their ************ office on 11/15, but have not received any response from that office either.The "Motto" case alone cost $3,995, plus an additional $866.05 that I have paid for other services. It would be nice to get an update.Thank you in advance for any assistance.Business response

The business response is simply stating that they will look into the matter. I appreciate this effort & the phone call I received earlier. However, given the amount of physical pain, time, & money I have invested; I will consider this matter closed when my trays are in my possession or I receive a refund.

My new alignment trays have finally been delivered to the Aspen Dental in ************. However, when I went to pick up the trays, the dentist in ******** said that they have not received my case details from Aspen Greenwood & cannot give me my trays until the case details are sent. I attempted to contact Aspen Greenwood five times today during normal business hours, but no one answered.
