I made a payment to my Acceptance Now online account on Thursday, 8/10/23 for $244.97. I did not receive a confirmation number or email and the payment did not immediately **************. I gave it a day to see if it update and when it did not the next day I called acceptance and was hung up on 2 times then someone told me they would look into my issue and instead transferred me without warning to the store. I spoke with I believe it was ******* at the store who was incredibly rude and was not listening to what I told him and instead kept trying to over talk me. He asked that I email him proof that I made the payment which I did when it posted the next day Saturday. ******* was so rude I had to hang up the phone. I emailed them at *************************************** on Saturday 8/12 and have had no response. They are still attempting to take money out of my account everyday for the same payment amount I made of $244.97. I have had no calls or emails from them letting me know they received my email and are tracking down my payment. Very poor customer service!!!!!Business response

All our calls are recorded, the customer is simply upset at the fact that she missed her 120 purchase option window and no has to pay fees associated with the purchase. we never end calls unless the customer says goodbye or uses profain language. this complaint is blatantly false and as a reputable business we are offended that people can just make up lies in an attempt to ruin our name.
