My dad had an ozone treatment that included IV treatment.On the initial infusion with a different nurse - His veins bled out, she was not attentive, and he was calling out when it was done so he does not have air bubbles in his veins. She also had to poke around in his veins which was extremely painful to my dad.We raised the concerns with them and asked if we can utilize the usual nurse or one that was knowledgeable about the treatment as the nurse did let us know she was not knowledgeable about it. They have said to my dad he has to continue doing this or he will continue to be charged.Business response

Hello,
I am able to confirm that our staff is very attentive for all IV clients. While great customer service is our passion safety is our priority.
We addressed the situation to the client in a letter that was attached. The reason they left this review on BBB is because we weren't able to accommodate their appointment after arriving a hour and a half past the time.
Regarding the statement in the complaint "They have said to my dad he has to continue doing this or he will continue to be charged", they are referring to our membership of which they signed up for.
As a resolution, and as mentioned in the letter attached, we have cancelled their membership and waived the cancellation fee as a courtesy.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined the response would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
[They lied claiming they have a call button for patients, and they do not. They showed no compassion or patient etiquette nor apologized for the way my dad was treated. They claimed that this is based on appointment accommodation which was within a 15 mins variant of the updated time given as discussed on the phone. The owner was rude and obnoxious - showed no level of care or compassion to his patients. This health centre is very aware of my dad's condition and that he has to travel far away - over 45 mins to this place. We should be refunded for every appointment that ******* did not cover. The other nurse provided clearly told us that she was not knowledgeable, and it was apparent my dad was used as her lab rat. This was also brought to their attention and that's when they started treating him unfairly.
