    The company calls me today to tell me they ran me out of benefits for chiropractic treatment. They assured me they knew my benefits when I first became a patient of theirs so this would not happen and to schedule the visits out accordingly so as to not run out in the first half of the year. Now they are blaming me, the patient, for their lack in determining benefit level appropriately and trying to tell me I have to pay in cash when I have no money and am on welfare to be able to do that.

    The Newer changes at Apex have left much to be desired. As with all establishments contracts are filed accordingly. Over years you form relationships and understandings of customers physical disabilities and necessities. As of late the current secretarial staff does not feel the need to book appointments that hold valor. Showing beyond little to no remorse for last minute cancelations. Disregarding the possibility of rectifying necessary appointments at soonest availability. Yet when a well established client is to miss an appointment (no call no show) (but DID answer the office call to apologize and inform of recent medical situation misunderstanding) [Urgent appointment for recovering of Sepsis] Upon attending following appointment. I was approached mid appointment and informed I was not to be completing my entire appointment because I have lost my PRIVILEGE. DUE to the last appointment. Arriving at check out I was given a policy outlining a policy of 2 appointments missed, the office RESERVES the right to cancel serves. Once pointing out I was not contacted of the changes made to my appointment (my ride had left). I was informed I was not owed the courtesy of a informed appointment cancelation. ONCE AGAIN Showing it is beyond acceptable for the front office to choose whether or not to do their job. While also proudly executing the policy to the maximum ability. Regardless the reason or history of the client.Before the changes the office was directed with character and companion. Sadly patients have become revolving numbers to be moved along with haste.
