She took pictures of our wedding day and sent a message saying she would refund the total amount plus tip due to quality of work. I insisted on seeing the pictures first because I didn't want her to work for free being as understanding as possible and she still insisted along with giving a free family picture seesion to make up for her mistake. A few days later prior to sending the pictures, she said decided she would only give half back minus the deposit and tip and was going to send the edits she did. The edits arrived in low quality resolution without the ability to print larger than a 5x7 and her editing job was far from decent. I asked her for the raw images due to the quality of images she took and the editing because I wanted to save what I could of my day possible and hopefully be able to fix and print something I could hang on the wall. She was very upset by this and stated if she was going to send them that she wasn't going to give a refund. Basically saying I either get the raws and half the refund or deal with the edits and get a refund minus the deposit and tip. I told her I wanted the raws for the reason stated above and she did that. Once receiving the raws I realize I am still unable to print larger than 5x7 and the quality was extremely dark. She then blocked me and I wasn't able to get this rectified.

I hate to see this and that **** thinks I was upset in the situation when I was not.
Im not a wedding photographer and she knew this before hand. I only do elopement sessions outdoors. A friend asked me could I do this since the wedding was promised to be super small and outdoors. I never received an itinerary after asking multiple times, so since a itinerary was never made nor sent to me I still believed this was going to be a small non traditional wedding.

The day of the wedding I was told that the wedding was indoors and she would be getting ready in a cabin next to the venue. The venue was big and there was way more then 50 people at the. wedding. Nothing was like we originally agreed to but I still continued on.

After uploading the gallery and doing my part on editing the best I could I reached out to **** with such guilt that only half the gallery is up to best work (the details of the wedding) and wanted to give a full refund along with the images and take the whole wedding as an experience on my part. She said no that only half a refund would be necessary with the gallery. So I did just that. Still apologizing to her every step of the way, shes upset and wants the RAW images. In my contract I do not deliver RAW images. However, to make situations better with her since this is such a special day, I delivered what she asked for: 1.) Half the payment ($270)  2.) Full Edited Gallery 3.)RAW Images.  And that was the end of the deal.
so Im very confused and saddened she said I got upset about the situation and reported me because in no way was I upset, I definitely felt bad in the whole situation.

I apologize as I never saw where I needed to update to any emails. My father just passed and there has been a lot going on. She did offer a full refund with a family session to make up for it. I did tell her I wanted her to be paid for some of her services as she did work but that we would determine this after looking at the images. The wedding had 60 ppl in attendance, it was small. Her camera wasn't prepared for outside weddings as her flash wasn't working. She attempted to take a few pictures outside and none came out. She asked for an itinerary,  I told her I could make one but I wasn't sure what it should include and told her the shots I wanted. If she wasn't upset she wouldn't have blocked me to where my friends had notified me due to her embarrassment of what she had done. She never told me she only did elopement and if that was the case,  she shouldn't have ever taken the job.
