We hired Crone Custom Pools to build our dream custom pool. I wish now we would have never contacted this company. Our construction was started and going to plan until they reached the concrete portion of our pool deck. The base was never packed for the foundation nor was it binded on the back side with any other stone once the concrete was set. The concrete was poured in August it was extremely hot that day temp was roughly ****** degrees. They tried to pour this job which was **** sq foot of concrete with 6 guys and one buggy. The concrete job got away from them quickly and the result combined with a base that was never solid is major cracking that started to show itself less than a week after it was completed along with major areas of non-finished look.I asked that both *** and ***** please come out and meet with me along with *** their concrete company provider about this matter. They all told me they didn't see anything wrong with it and that concrete cracks. After begging with them for several months with no response in late October ***** of Crone Customs finally agreed to come out and fix the issue. They never showed, spring came around and more of the same they ignored me and never came to fix my issue. They refused to answer my calls or emails I had to resort to calling from a phone number that they did not recognize to finally get through to their office. It was also at this point that after their concrete provider assured me that ***** and Crone customs were never going to fix my issue as they relayed this message to him, then he extended me an offer. Their concrete provider proposed to have him pour my driveway for time and material and then he would come and fix my concrete surrounding the pool. (To clarify he wanted me to pay them to do more work without completing the initial job that they had completed and been paid for)!Finally we reached and agreement they were to come out to start the job demo and re-pour at my house. That day came and they never showed. They did not call and they claimed that we denied them access to our property. (They have had access to the same construction service road that we literally made for them from the start of this process and is still there for them to use to this day.....After feeling like i had no other options left, I reached out to my attorney. We reached an agreement that Crone Customs was to come and demo out all of the bad concrete (the entire job) and that their concrete provider would come and redo the work to complete the deck correctly as it should have been the first time. This is only after they insisted that I pay for the material for concrete and schedule it as well for the re-pour. I accepted their offer as i felt that it was in my best interest for time at this point to pay for the material and have them come and complete the job.They still to this day have yet to give us a start or completion date and their concrete provider is also no where to be found as he was also supposed to sign the agreement and coordinate with everyone for the repairs that had been agreed upon.I have attached pictures of the issues with our concrete. I only write this review in hopes that it will motivate this company to not only resolve our issue that we have been facing with them for a year and a half now but to also do better with other customers and provide for them the level of service they promise to deliver when they accept the job and your money.
