recently purchased a new truck dropped it off to get worked on. When I go to pick it up the back end is caved in nobody knows what happened it takes over three weeks for them to look at the films and by golly it had recorded over. I told them its pretty obvious who hit it since my primer and paint is ******************* of his jeep which is always parked on the rock would not recommend if they damage your vehicle they will lie and cheat in sure that you are stuck with fixing it I have Consistently reached out to them for three weeks It only took an hour After leaving a bad review for the owner to get back with me once leaving review please feel free to call me you have my number Ive been trying to discuss this with you guys for three weeks just long enough for the cameras to copy over themselves so theres no proof of what happened I understand that there is an inspection before he jumps in which can be altered not saying it was all I wanted was somebody to look at the tapes and tell me who hit it but that could not be done for three weeks just in time for the tapes to copy over themselves I waited three weeks to make a review there were plenty of opportunities for someone to reach out to me so I see this as many others will a copoutBusiness response

We want to start by again letting you know that we are sorry to hear about the damage to your new truck. We also understand your frustration and your desire to get to the bottom of what happened. We have done everything that we could do given the circumstances to give you what you need. It was very unfortunate that the person with the ability to check the video was not present to give you the information in the timeframe that we all needed it. We cannot change that.
What you do need to know is that the Jeep in question was not present at all the day that your truck was at Tillmans. That Jeep has been issued to me (*****************************) and I am the sole driver of the vehicle. On Friday, September 2, 2022 I was with my family in that Jeep in ************** attending a funeral. That Jeep left Tillmans on Thursday, September 1, 2022 and did not return until Tuesday, September 6th. So, your accusations are 100% inaccurate, and provably so. This seems to be the only reason that you are convinced that we are associated with the damage to the truck. So, between the time stamped pre-inspection pictures that were taken before the work was done and the fact that the Jeep that you claim is responsible for the damage was not on the premises we are not sure what else needs to be shown to you for you to understand that Tillmans is not responsible for this damage.
We understand that you are frustrated, but we do not agree with the manor that you have chosen to handle the issue.
With that being said, wed appreciate it if you would retract your statements as they are not factual. I would be willing to have further conversations with you to see if there are any ways that we can be of assistance to help you with the truck and work to regain your business as a customer.
In closing, we are in business to serve our customers with honesty and integrity and that is what we do on a daily basis. *****, we can promise you that if we did that damage to your truck that we would own up to it and take care of it. We hope that we have the opportunity to serve you again in the future.Sincerely,

*******************they have literally done nothing. All they did was kept tell me theyre trying to get video for three weeks until it was copied over. They do not believe me that the vehicle was in new condition when dropped off why should I believe anything they say the fact of the matter is it was damaged while in their custody whether they did it or someone else did it in there, ******* they should still be liable and take care of damages. Im sure they do not approve the way. Ive handled the situation. I worked with him patiently for three weeks when they told me that they were not going to help me. I left bad reviews.

Good morning,
We once again would like to let you know that we were very sorry to hear about the damage that you found on your truck. We understand your frustration in in the matter. But, we have taken the time to hear and respond to your claim. You had a police report made and claimed that the black Jeep that parks on the rocks was responsible for the damages done to your truck. We have evidence that the vehicle in that report was not present the day of your appointment. To that we understand that you now feel certain that it was done by one of our employees even though we have time stamped photos taken before we enter the vehicle. We are very sorry, but we did not do the damage to your vehicle.
You have also said that it may have been someone else that did it. If that were the case we are still not responsible for those damages. We have signs posted all over our property that state clearly that ********* is not responsible for theft or damage to vehicles or their contents. If someone did in fact hit your truck on the property it should be turned in to your insurance as a hit and run. It is not possible for a person to hold Target responsible for damages to their vehicle because someone dinged their door and did not leave a note. It is very irresponsible of the person that did it, but Target cannot be held liable.
We have gone above and beyond for you as a customer and we would make it right if we had done the damage to your truck. That is our promise to you as a loyal customer. But, we cannot pay for this as the protocols that we have put in place clearly show that ********* is not responsible for the damage.

They keep saying they have done everything they could and they have done nothing how can they provide proof that the jeep wasnt there if you waited till the cameras erased. About the only response, I would be willing to accept as we do not know what happened and we are sorry that we were too lazy and did not care enough to check the tapes to find out what happened basically all Im looking for is the honest reply, but they refused to give an honest reply.
