I purchased a 2013 *** X6 from Greenwood Dream Auto on 6/17/2023. The vehicle started whistling on or about two weeks later. I contacted ***** by text explaining the issue and also stated that the review he and his business partner asked me to submit would not be favorable to their company. He responded via text "Wow" and that was it. I took the vehicle to **** Automotive and the following repairs had to be made Valve Cover Gasket R&R Valve Cover Breather Hose Cam Adjuster Seal Spark Plugs R&R, Spark Plug > Parts, Labor, Tax $1722.96 ***** assured me that when I saw the oil light on everything was okay because he just took it to his mechanic the night before. So, he himself reset the warning light. The mechanic stated that the vehicle still had its original factory spark plugs and that the Breather Hose just crumbled in his hands. The issue listed happened 16 days after having the car. Less than 60 days of having the vehicle additional major repairs had to be made ... that cost me an additional $1800.00

I traded in a ***** civic to a used car dealer for an Audi q5. I purchased the vehicle on December 14th of 2022 and started having issues with the vehicle one week later. The vehicle is burning oil and I have added approximately 50 quarts of oil since having the vehicle. I called the dealership that I bought it from and they said they would make it right. They told me to make an appointment to get the vehicle seen and a diagnostic run. They said they would help me find somewhere that would do it near me but they did not. I found an Audi dealer two hours from where I live to service it. That service was not covered by the warranty which the dealership I bought it from told me it should be covered. I had to argue with the dealership on the phone until they agreed to pay for the service ($398). This did not fix the car and the next step may not be covered by the warranty. If covered by the warranty, the warranty will only pay up to $3000 which the dealership I bought it from was not aware of. They said that it should be full coverage but it was not. They did not know their own warranty and misled me when I purchased the warranty while trading in my car to them. My car most likely needs a new motor and a used motor for my car will cost $8000-$11,000. I asked the dealership to take back the car for the price I traded in my ***** civic plus the car payments I have paid so far and reimbursement for the oil. I have spent approximately $700 in oil alone. I also had the oil changed for $130 in addition. The dealership I bought my car from has not been answering my phone calls and just texted me saying they are going to let the warranty do what it does. They did not make it right like they verbally agreed to.

Good evening, ******************************* bought the Audi from ** with a warranty from CAREGARD. Unfortunately, the one she chose only covers up to $3,000. Here is an attachment of her canceling her current warranty.
