Two necklaces were purchased from Momentous Gifts through their website which I received on December 18th. I contacted them via their website on December 27th to return the necklaces. The website states to email them with a picture and order number with the reason for a return and they will contact you back with 48 hours with a shipping label. I followed the same procedures again on January 5th. I have called their contact number ************** on December 31, January 2, January 4, January 5, January 9, January 10, and January 15. The call goes directly to a voicemail which I leave a message. I also sent the same information about my return when I click on the "contact us" on their website page. Momentous Gifts has made no contact with me at all so that I am able to return these brand new unworn necklaces.
