I was in a hit and run car accident on April 6, 2021. I had full coverage through ****************** My car was tolled to to the nearest impound! Martinez Auto Body in Hammond ******* picked my car up from the impound on April 12, 2021. I had 2 airbags deployed from the steering wheel and the floor and the front passenger side was messed up. I took them the check from the insurance company back in May 2021! Ive been calling this company every week to check on my car and to see when it would be fixed! They were still waiting on my parts! Its been almost 7 months and I still dont have my vehicle! They sent me a picture of the outside of the vehicle last week!Theyre still telling me they are waiting for 2 parts for my car! This is really unacceptable and very inconvenient! My vehicle is a 2018/blue Eco Sport/4 door! I have submitted pictures of the car the day of the accident and the pictures they sent me last week! Please advise
